the main applicant or not.

This form must be completed by the principal applicant and all applicants
aged 18 years or older.
- Application for Police Certificate
The principal applicant and all persons in your family from 18 years of age require a
police certificate / clearance from each country where they have lived for six months or
longer since the age of 18.
