If you wish to participate in the Youth Mobility Programme please provide evidence that you meet the requirements as outlined above, complete and return the application form to be found on the FORMS page to the embassy in Stockholm at the address below, with a copy of the identity page of your passport, two passport size photographs, your résumé, a recent police certificate and a self-addressed envelope which will be used to return your documents. Please do not submit your passport. The maximum validity of a work permit issued under this program is 12 months and cannot be renewed. Send your application to:
